How Inflammation Increases Risk Of Coronavirus

In this video, I’d like to talk to you about how inflammation increases your risk of Coronavirus.

So with COVID and general illnesses on the rise, it’s natural to be concerned. I appreciate many have reached out to me already regarding how to help decrease the risk by boosting their immune system and keeping inflammation down in their bodies. 

The conventional approach to dealing with COVID and other illnesses is either a vaccine or a medication. And the key thing here is that we’re missing. The best way to protect ourselves and our children is to ramp up our immune system function and decrease overall inflammation. 

Most people don’t see the urgency when they hear about this. And I get that it’s difficult to understand that you might have inflammation and a poor immune system when you overall feel well. 

You have a poor diet, and then you’re wondering why you’re getting sick all the time, or you’re wondering why it is that you have all this inflammation and a poor immune system. 

People that have poor health, poor gut health could also not know it. Still, they could have food intolerances, have a poor nutritional diet, eat a lot of junk food, or don’t eat enough fruits and vegetables. Additionally, many processed and unhealthy foods are full of heavy metals, pesticides, and other environmental toxins.

Combine this with other unhealthy habits like lack of sleep, and you can expect even further harm to your immune system. Overexposure to electronics can massively increase the inflammation amount in your body, causing harm to your gut and the blood-brain barrier that protects your brain from outside insults.

A weakened immune system can cause our immune system to be on a high alert and overly stressed out, causing it to overreact when it’s exposed to a virus or bacteria. It can also lead to a slower reaction. The immune system is damaged, and its response to bacteria and viruses is suppressed. The signs of a weakened immune system can be hard to detect. You might notice things like having trouble sleeping or digestion problems.
